反推装置操纵力动力学仿真与优化改进

某抓斗式反推装置操纵力和操纵力矩不合格问题影响反推装置开合灵活性和飞机着陆减速效果.通过研究操纵机构传动特点,简化了建模对象,建立了反推操纵机构的动力学仿真三维模型,验证了运动仿真结果,从而满足零部件运动可视化和操纵动力研究需要.仿真研究了操纵力和操纵力矩的变化曲线和上限范围、摩擦力的影响、滑轮和拉杆调试的影响.研究结果为解决上述问题提供了研究思路和判断依据,提出将操纵力指标改为参考值25N和伸长拉杆-003 以降低操纵力矩等改进措施.
Dynamic Simulation and Improvement Study of Thrust Reverser Control Force
The failure of control force and torque of a grab-type thrust reverser affects the flexibility of the thrust reverser and the deceleration effect on aircraft landing.The modelling object is simplified by studying the transmission characteristics of the control mechanism,an efficient dynamic simulation 3D model of the thrust reverser control mechanism is established,and the motion simulation results are verified,which can meet the needs of component motion visualisation and control dynamics research.The variation curve and upper limit of the control force and torque,the influence of friction and the influence of pulley and tie rod debugging are stud-ied by simulation.The research results provide research ideas and evaluation bases for solving the above prob-lems,and improvement measures such as changing the index of the control force to the reference value of 25 N and lengthening the tie rod-003 to reduce the control torque are proposed.
