Multi-component leaching behavior of vanadium-chromium slag during calcification roasting-acid leaching
In this paper, using calcined clinker of vanadium-chromium slag as raw material, the effects of leaching pH value, leaching temperature, leaching time, and leaching liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate ( mass fraction, the same below ) of vanadium, chromium, manganese, silicon, titanium and iron in vanadium-chromium slag were investigated. The results showed that during the acid leaching process, under the conditions of acid leaching pH value 2.8,leaching temperature 60℃,leaching time 60 min and liquid-solid ratio 5,the leaching rate of vanadium reached 87.81%.At this time, the leaching rates of chromium, manganese, silicon, titanium, and iron were 0.44%,23.91%,2.28%,0.23% and 0.03%,respectively.In addition, extending the leaching time, increasing the leaching temperature, and appropriately increasing the leaching liquid-to-solid ratio are all beneficial to the separation and extraction of vanadium.
