自组装膜-银活化-化学镀铜法制备涤纶导电织物

以涤纶织物为基体,使用KH-550(γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷)在其表面形成自组装膜,然后将其置于银氨溶液中配合Ag+,利用甲醛将Ag+还原为具有催化活性的银单质后进行化学镀铜。以电导率为指标,探索了偶联剂质量分数对镀层的影响,确定了偶联剂质量分数为20%时获得的镀铜效果最好。利用FTIR、XRD、SEM、XPS及四探针电导率测试仪,分析了涤纶导电织物的物相组成、镀层形貌和导电性能。结果表明:制备出的涤纶导电织物镀层致密均匀,触感柔软,导电性优良,电导率最高可达1064 S/cm。
Preparation of polyester conductive fabric by self-assembled membrane Ag activation electroless copper plating
A self-assembled film was formed on the surface of polyester fabric using KH-550 (γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) ,then placed in silver-ammonia solution to complex Ag+,and reduced to catalytic-active silver by formaldehyde.Finally,electroless copper plating was performed.Meanwhile,taking the electrical conductivity as an index,the influence of the mass fraction of the coupling agent on the coating was explored,and the best copper plating effect was determined when the mass fraction was 20%.The phase composition,morphology,and conductivity of the coating were analyzed by FTIR,XRD,SEM,XPS,and a four-probe conductivity tester.The results show that the obtained conductive fabric has the advantages of compact and uniform coating,soft touch,and excellent conductivity,up to 1064 S/cm.
