Preparation of polyester conductive fabric by self-assembled membrane Ag activation electroless copper plating
A self-assembled film was formed on the surface of polyester fabric using KH-550 (γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) ,then placed in silver-ammonia solution to complex Ag+,and reduced to catalytic-active silver by formaldehyde. Finally, electroless copper plating was performed.Meanwhile, taking the electrical conductivity as an index, the influence of the mass fraction of the coupling agent on the coating was explored, and the best copper plating effect was determined when the mass fraction was 20%.The phase composition, morphology, and conductivity of the coating were analyzed by FTIR,XRD,SEM,XPS,and a four-probe conductivity tester. The results show that the obtained conductive fabric has the advantages of compact and uniform coating, soft touch, and excellent conductivity,up to 1064 S/cm.
