Optimization of CCHP equipment capacity and operation strategy based on off-design model
The economics of CCHP operating strategies are influenced by both the accuracy of the energy conversion equipment model and the rationality of capacity.In order to realize the overall optimization of CCHP equipment capacity and operation strategy under off-design model,a new method of DSM-GA is proposed.Firstly,based on the energy flow,an optimized configuration model that reflects the nonlinear relationship between equipment performance and load rate has been established.Secondly,evaluation indicators for comparative analysis of optimization results under different conditions have been constructed.Finally,taking an industrial park in Xi'an as a scenario,DSM-GA has been used to solve the optimal configuration model,and the results have been analyzed.The results show that the DSM-GA can effectively optimize the off-design condition model,and the solution speed is significantly faster than that of the conventional algorithm GA.Since the model built considers the off-design conditions of the equipment,it can provide a more reasonable operation plan.Besides,CCHP has a greater advantage when the prime mover thermoelectric ratio is close to the load thermoelectric ratio.
