小角X射线散射(SAXS)技术是一种物质亚微结构的分析手段.随着我国同步辐射小角实验站用户的增多,如何更有效地处理数据已引起越来越广泛的关注.分析了对小角X射线散射的数据处理,采用束流遮挡器不对称调节,对一维小角散射增大更多低角区域数据量的一种方法以及把实验数据外推到整个角度空间的数据外推方法,并有样品实例作分析.
Data Processing Techniques of Small-angle X-ray Scattering
The small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) technique is one of chief tools to study structures of macromolecules and meso - structures. As users of synchrotron radiation small angle X-ray scattering experimental station are increasing rapidly, it is necessary that data processing techniques are provided with them. Some data processing techniques are discussed. It includes the method to become greater data amount of lower angle region and the data must be extrapolated to hole special for the data from experiment, a sample is analyzed.
