把握历史主动基本尺度及其在中国式现代化探索中的呈现

摘要
把握历史主动需要突破按部就班、循规蹈矩的行事风格,必然要面对各种未知的风险.这就需要坚持真理尺度,将其作为检验历史选择正确与错误的标杆,若偏离了就会迷失方向;需要贯彻价值尺度,将其作为赢得民心得到人民支持的拐杖,若丢掉了就会陷入困境;需要领悟实践尺度,在道路探索、战略制定和具体实践方式方法上实现合规律性与合目的性实践自觉,若出岔了就会丧失主动精神.这 3 点辩证统一,是把握历史主动的基本要求.将中国近代被动学习西方现代化失败与新中国成立后中国共产党主动探索中国式现代化成功进行对比,呈现出把握历史主动3 个基本尺度的哲学意蕴和实践意义.
Abstract
To grasp the initiative of history,it is necessary to break through the step-by-step and rule-following style of action,which is bound to face a variety of unknown risks,which requires adhering to the truth scale,a benchmark for testing the correct and wrong selection of history.Otherwise,it is easy to get lost.It is necessary to implement the value measure as a crutch to win the hearts and minds and get the support of the people.It is necessary to understand the practical scale and realize the regularity and purposeful behavior consciousness in road exploration,strategy formulation and concrete practice methods,and the initiative will be lost if something goes wrong.The dialectical unity of these three points is the basic requirement for grasping the initiative of history.The comparative analysis of the failure of passive learning of Western modernization in modern China and the success of the Party's active exploration of Chinese-style modernization after the founding of New China presents the philosophical implications and practical significance of grasping the three basic dimensions of historical initiative.
