摘要
贯彻中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路,必须重塑城乡关系、走城乡融合发展之路.新质生产力是新时代更具融合性、更体现新内涵的生产力,对城乡融合具有重要赋能作用.厘清新质生产力赋能城乡融合的理论逻辑,并识别出当前面临的城乡发展不均、信息安全风险、社会保障不足、产业被动变革、公共服务缺失、劳动结构失衡等现实问题,探索新质生产力赋能城乡融合的现实路径.为此,需强化政策支持、保障数据共享、协同资源配置、加快产业升级、协调地区规划、统筹人才培育,推动区域一体化共建共享机制,打造城乡融合发展模式.
Abstract
To implement the path of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to reshape the urban-rural relationship and pursue the path of integrated urban-rural development.New quality productivity is a productivity that is more integrated and reflects new connotations in the new era,and has an important empowering role in urban-rural integration.The article clarifies the theoretical logic of empowering urban-rural integration with new productive forces,and identifies current practical problems such as uneven urban-rural development,information security risks,insufficient social security,passive industrial transformation,lack of public services,and imbalanced labor structure.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen policy support,ensure data sharing,coordinate resource allocation,accelerate industrial upgrading,coordinate regional planning,coordinate talent cultivation,promote regional integration and sharing mechanisms,and create a model of urban-rural integrated development.
