A study on interest identification and legal guarantee of biodiversity protection
The social basis of biodiversity conservation in China in terms of policy orientation , rule of law construction and specific practice reflects the concept and effectiveness of overall and systematic protection of biodiversity in China .In the context of the new era , in order to reflect the ruling theme of the party , promote the overall protection of biodiversity and clarify the code of conduct of regulatory subjects , it is necessary to identify and protect the relevant interests involved in biodiversity protection from the perspective of interest balance .Based on the diversified interest structure of national security interests , public environmental interests and resource development interests contained in biodiversity protection , we can provide legal guarantee for the diversified interest structure in biodiversity protection from the aspects of strengthening the supply of legal system, deepening the supervision function of administrative subjects and improving the judicial guarantee mechanism .
