Research on the occurrence sequence of forest fires and medium-voltage distribution line faults
When power lines pass through forest areas, an electric spark of a line fault may cause forest fire, which may in turn cause the power line failure. The timing of the two occurrences is of great significance to the division of liabilities in fire accidents. However, it is difficult in engineering practice. In this paper, a medium-voltage distribution line is selected as the research object and a tree line fault simulation experimental platform is built. The zero-sequence voltage variation in the case of single-phase ground fault and fire-induced line failure under the line touch tree is studied, and the envelope is drawn by Hilbert transformation of the zero-sequence voltage for preliminary screening of the fault scene. Then, the similarity of the waveform is assessed by THD, approximate entropy and correlation coefficient, and the three similarity feature quantities are analyzed by fuzzy C-clustering.This paper proposes a method of identifying the occurrence sequence of forest fire and medium-voltage distribution line fault. It may provide some references for the division of liabilities in fire accidents.
