Research on the efficiency evaluation method of electric drive assembly related to users
To achieve the correlation between the efficiency evaluation of the electric drive assembly and the user side, this paper proposes a method for efficiency evaluation based on the actual driving conditions of the user.Based on the collected user operation data of an electric vehicle, the torque-speed operating point distribution under the user ' s target mileage is predicted by kernel density estimation and MCMC sampling method.An efficiency prediction model driven by bench efficiency data is proposed and a GA-BP efficiency prediction model is built.Combined with the torque-speed operating point distribution and efficiency prediction model under the user ' s target mileage, a user-associated electric drive assembly efficiency evaluation method is proposed.Our study deepens our understanding of the characteristics of electric drive products at the user end and provides some references fora reasonable evaluation of electric drive assembly efficiency and optimization of electric drive assembly efficiency matching.
