Research on traceability of precooked dishes in blockchain environment
In recent years,with the increasingly accelerated pace of people's lives,the precooked food has gained a fast growing popularity among consumers both at home and abroad.However,the precooked food industry is yet to develop unified standard,certification system and traceability system.This paper proposes an Ethernet-based smart contract traceability model for precooked food.First,the current problems of the precooked food industry are analyzed:food safety is hardly guaranteed;a uniformed standard and a food traceability system are both missing.Then,the Ethernet-based precooked food traceability model is built through the characteristics of blockchain decentralization,tampering and traceability.The model stipulates that the persons in charge at each link should leave their digital signatures,ensuring the clear division of responsibilities when problems occur.Meanwhile,to reduce the storage overhead in Ethernet,a storage scheme based on IPFS and Merkel Tree is designed.Finally,our experimental results show the model goes through the whole process of making the precooked food and keeps the overhead within the normal range.Moreover,the model in Ethernet further cuts down the storage overhead compared with the direct storage,demonstrating its certain advantages.
