考虑旋转精度的CT机轴承优化设计

以某型号CT机轴承的摩擦力矩模型、额定寿命模型和旋转精度模型为基础,通过Isight联合Matlab建立以降低轴承摩擦力矩、提高轴承额定寿命和旋转精度为目标的联合优化模型.研究结果表明:对于滚动体数目远大于轴承滚道圆度误差阶次的轴承,增加滚动体数目、降低轴承圆度误差幅值和减小轴承圆度误差阶次均能提升轴承的旋转精度.优化后的内圈沟曲率半径系数为0.5277,外圈沟曲率半径系数为0.5351,钢球直径为12.7 mm,钢球数目为157,初始接触角为42.96°,相比于初始参数,在保障旋转精度的情况下,轴承额定寿命增加6.6%,轴承总摩擦力矩减少18.9%.
Optimization design of CT machine bearings considering rotational accuracy
Based on the friction torque model,rated life model and rotation accuracy model of a certain type of CT machine bearing,a joint optimization model is built to reduce bearing friction torque,improve bearing rated life and rotation accuracy by Isight combined with Matlab.Our results show through increasing the number of rolling elements,decreasing the amplitude of bearing roundness error and the order of bearing roundness error,the bearing rotation accuracy is improved for bearings with the number of rolling elements much larger than the order of bearing roundness error.After optimization,the coefficient of curvature radius of the inner ring groove is 0.5277,the coefficient of curvature radius of the outer ring groove 0.5351,the diameter of the steel ball 12.7 mm,the number of steel balls 157,and the initial contact angle 42.96°. Compared with the initial parameters,the rated life of the bearing is increased by 6.6%and the total friction torque of the bearing is reduced by 18.9% while the rotation accuracy is guaranteed.
