一种水下偏振图像增强的融合算法

摘要
针对水下光学探测对高质量成像的需求,提出一种基于主动偏振成像的原理,将直方图均衡化去雾算法、拉普拉斯金字塔算法、单一水下图像融合增强策略相结合.通过直方图均衡化去雾算法增强局部的对比度;利用拉普拉斯金字塔算法保留了各个图层的细节特征信息;通过水下图像增强策略算法结合不同图像的优势,可以有效改善水下色彩偏移、对比度低和光照不均等问题.经实验定量分析可得,此算法确实有效改善了以上问题,提升了图像整体的视觉效果.
Abstract
To fulfill the requirements of achieving high-quality imaging in underwater optical detection,this paper introduces a methodology based on active polarization imaging.It integrates a histogram equalization defog algorithm,a Laplace Pyramid algorithm,and a single underwater image fusion enhancement strategy.The histogram equalization defog algorithm enhances local contrast,while the Laplace Pyramid algorithm preserves detailed feature information across layers.The underwater image fusion enhancement algorithm amalgamates the strengths of different images,effectively mitigating underwater color distortion,low contrast,and uneven illumination.Our quantitative experiments demonstrate the algorithm's efficacy in addressing these challenges and enhancing the overall visual quality of the images.
