Research on fire risk assessment methods of new energy vehicles under highway tunnel scenario
This paper aims to effectively evaluate the fire risk of new energy vehicles in highway tunnels, address the insufficient consideration of indicators, difficulty in determining weights and unclear definition of evaluation grades in the current highway tunnel fire evaluation.Based the safety principles and the cause of fire of new energy vehicles,it builds the fire risk evaluation index system of new energy vehicles in highway tunnels from four aspects:human, vehicle, environment and management. Then, the decision model and the European distance function are employed. The subjective weight of analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) and the objective weight of entropy weight method are effectively combined by the method of combination weighting, and a more reasonable combination weight is obtained. Finally, the combined weighted matter-element extension model is used to evaluate the fire risk of new energy vehicles in Dinghuimen Tunnel,Nanjing. The characteristic value of the obtained grade variable is 1.646,and the tunnel risk level is determined to be level Ⅱ,which is consistent with the engineering practice, and verifies the practicality and reliability of the method.
