双目视觉的货车车厢完整尺寸测量

针对货车车厢完整尺寸的快速测量,提出了一种基于双目视觉的测量方法.依据相机成像模型和标定原理对双目相机进行标定实验,使用标定后的双目相机从货车侧后方采集货车车厢图像,再采用U2-Net显著性目标检测算法对采集的货车车厢图像进行车厢轮廓提取,通过改进的基于图像分块的线段检测算法提取车厢边缘,结合车厢轮廓特征利用车厢边缘线段计算出特定的角点坐标,由三维坐标恢复后的车厢角点间距得到车厢尺寸.试验结果表明,车厢尺寸检测的平均误差小于4.06%,体积检测平均误差小于5.83%,可用于实际测量.
Research on the complete dimension measurement of truck compartment with binocular vision
In this paper,a binocular vision based measurement method is proposed to rapidly measure the full size of truck compartment.The binocular camera is calibrated according to the camera imaging model and calibration principle.The calibrated binocular camera is employed to collect the image of the truck car from its rear side.Then U2-Net the salient-object detection algorithm is introduced to extract the outline of the truck car image collected,and the edge of the truck car is extracted through the improved line segment detection algorithm based on image segmentation.The specific corner coordinates are calculated by using the line segments of the edge of the carriage,and the dimensions of the carriage are obtained from the corner spacing of the carriage after the three-dimensional coordinates are restored.Our results show the average error of carriage size detection is less than 4.17%,and the average error of volume detection is less than 4.1%,demonstrating its feasibility for actual measurement.
