Analysis of sweep mechanism for cross-media vehicles
We mainly analyze the design of cross-media vehicles'swept structure. We focus on the smooth transition of aircraft medium conversion, including the retraction and retraction mechanism of the wings, structural design, statics and dynamics analysis and other aspects.Employing finite element analysis and modal analysis, our study demonstrates the response of the wing structure when subjected to load and analyzes the aerodynamic impact on the overall mechanism during the folding and unfolding process of the wing. Our research results not only reveal the effectiveness of the swept mechanism in improving the medium conversion performance of the aircraft, but also provide new insights for the design and performance optimization of cross-media aircraft. In addition, the rationality and practicality of the swept-back mechanism design is verified through torque simulation and testing, showing it markedly reduces the impact by 50%when entering the water, increases the underwater navigation speed by 2.5 times, and shortens the transition time by 1.8 s.
