摘要

针对不同工况条件下,行星齿轮系统的齿侧间隙因热变形所发生的改变,提出一种包含内啮合副热变形的行星齿轮系统齿侧间隙改变量理论计算模型.利用ANSYS Workbench 稳态热-结构耦合场对所提出的模型进行验证,获得不同工况下的稳态温度场数据.基于所提出的模型并结合稳态温度场数据,分析变转速、变扭矩以及恒功率3种工况下,行星齿轮系统齿侧间隙随工况参数的变化规律,可为行星齿轮系统的动力学分析提供理论依据.

Abstract

We propose a theoretical calculation model for backlash in planetary gear systems,taking into account the thermal deformation of internal meshing pairs under different operating conditions.Our proposed model is validated through ANSYS Workbench steady-state thermal-structural coupling analysis,which provides steady-state temperature field data for various operating conditions.Based on this model and the obtained temperature field data,an analysis is conducted to examine the variation patterns of backlash in three operating conditions:variable speed,variable torque,and constant power.This study lays a theoretical foundation for dynamic analysis of planetary gear systems.
