摘要
中国式现代化是人与自然和谐共生的现代化.改革是推进中国式现代化的根本动力,也是推动生态文明建设的重要举措.新质生产力体现了生产要素和生产关系的深刻变革,旨在通过科技创新、绿色低碳、开放融合和人本关怀实现经济增长与生态保护平衡.基于当前生态文明建设的现实状况,以新质生产力为逻辑,从适应全球市场动态的战略措施、优化技术创新的风险与成本管理以及优化区域发展均衡策略,探究用新质生产力推进生态文明体制改革,解决生态文明建设堵点盲点,催生先进生产力质态,从而为推进生态文明建设提供制度支撑,加快推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化,推动经济社会发展全面绿色转型.
Abstract
Chinese modernization is the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Reform is the fundamental driving force behind Chinese-style modernization and an important measure to promote ecological progress.The new quality productivity reflects the profound change of production factors and production relations,aiming to achieve the balance between economic growth and ecological protection through scientific and technological innovation,green and low-carbon,open integration and humanistic care.In view of the current reality of ecological civilization construction,with new quality productivity as the logic,this paper attempts to explore the use of new quality productivity to promote ecological civilization system reform,solve the blind spot of ecological civilization construction,promote advanced productivity quality,provide institutional support for promoting ecological civilization construction,accelerate the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and promote the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.
