New quality productivity driving rural-urban integration development:Connotative characteristics,experiences and practical paths
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee emphasized that the integrated development of urban and rural areas is a necessary condition for Chinese modernization,and that the new quality productive forces,as productive forces that are more in line with the new development concept and better reflect the new prospects for Chinese-style modernization,will create a broader space for the integrated development of urban and rural areas.Combined with the connotation and characteristics of the new quality of productivity,this paper conducts in-depth analysis of the connotation and characteristics of urban-rural integrated development driven by the new quality of productivity,and based on this,it sums up the experience of urban-rural integrated development in developed countries in the West.It emphasizes that five important relationships should be clarified in the development of the new quality of productivity,and explores the development of the road of urban-rural integration driven by the new quality of productivity.It attaches great importance to the municipal force,taking urban-rural industrial integration as a fulcrum,and the development of urban-rural integration as a driving force.Specifically,it also points out that the integrated development of urban and rural areas with factor market-oriented reform is the driving force,technological innovation being the guide,green and low-carbon transformation being the key,and county development being the main front to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
