网络暴力的本质透视、伦理追因及规约之策

摘要
网络暴力是一种无声的暴力形式,时常呈现言论先入为主、肆意宣泄情绪以及盲目跟从群体的特征.网络本没有暴力,产生暴力的根源在于网络主体本身及其意志难于管控,加之网络空间与现实社会的差异,碎片化信息销蚀道德判断、时空虚化引发自我不同一、伦理关系断裂滋生暴民意识,导致主体言行情绪化,甚至极端化.为减少网暴的发生,需要主体增强道德自觉,以道德认知涵育网络素养;以自我同一塑造真实网络形象;以责任意识构建网络伦理共识,才能从源头减少网络暴力的发生,营造天朗气清的网络生态环境.
Abstract
Cyber violence is a silent form of violence,often characterized by preconceived ideas,wanton emotions and blindly following groups.There is no violence in the network,but the root cause of violence lies in the cyber subject itself and its uncontrollable will,coupled with the difference between cyberspace and the real society,which makes fragmented information erode the moral judgment,the time and space deflation cause the self to be different from the unity,and the rupture of ethical relationship breeds the mob consciousness,which leads to the subject's speech and behavior to be emotional,and even extreme.In order to reduce the occurrence of Internet violence,it is necessary for the subjects to enhance their moral consciousness,cultivate network literacy with moral cognition,shape a real network image with self-identity,and build a consensus on network ethics with responsibility awareness,so as to minimize the occurrence of cyber-violence at the source and create a clear and bright cyber-ecological environment.
