Z世代大学毕业生"慢就业"的成因与纾解之道

Z世代大学毕业生已经成为就业群体主力军。当前不少Z世代大学毕业生不再遵循"一毕业就工作"的传统观念,而是以继续备考工作岗位、深造学习、旅行、支教或创业考察等形式延缓就业,"慢就业"现象比较突出。Z世代大学毕业生"慢就业"现象既有经济社会层面的因素,也有高校人才培养质量的问题,还有Z世代大学生个体层面的原因。纾解Z世代大学毕业生的"慢就业"难题,需要政府部门、用人单位及家长各方与高等院校建立起联动机制,形成破解"慢就业"现象的外部合力,更需要Z世代大学毕业生主动转变观念,提升综合素质,强化自我角色认同,从根本上突破"慢就业"阻滞,迈开步伐,实现高质量就业。
Causes and Countermeasures of"Sloppy Employment"of College Graduates Born after 1995
College graduates born after 1995 have become the main force of job hunters.Currently,instead of following the traditional views of"working right after graduation",many college graduates born after 1995 are delaying their employment in the form of preparation for other better jobs,further study,travel,volunteer teaching,entrepreneurial visits,and so on,hence the phenomenon of"sloppy employment".It can be attributable to some economic and social factors,quality of college talent cultivation,and graduates'personal reasons.To alleviate the"sloppy employment"problem,it is necessary for government departments,employers and graduates'parents to establish a joint mechanism with colleges to form external joint forces.Moreover,it is also necessary for those college graduates born after 1995 to take the initiative to change their views,improve their comprehensive quality and strengthen their role identities,so as to remove the obstacles of"sloppy employment"fundamentally and strive for high-quality employment.
