Through field research in Village G ,Anhui Province ,it is observed that the village is in a transition from a"familiar society"to a"semi-familiar society ,"where traditional and non-traditional social conflicts intertwine,with property rights at the core. Meanwhile,resolving social conflicts faces numerous challenges ,including weakened traditional self-governance ,incomplete adaptation to modern rule of law ,and declining traditional moral governance. Based on in-depth analysis of the development of people's mediation, strategies such as reshaping institutional authority ,enhancing dispute resolution capabilities ,and ensuring agreement enforcement are proposed. The aim is to promote the modernization of people's mediation,fulfilling the grand goal of comprehensive rural revitalization.
