Problems ,Reasons ,and Cultivation Paths of Integrity Values of Researchers
Integrity values are an important component of the socialist core values at the individual level. Integrity values of researchers is not only a simple matter of personal behavior and morality ,but also involves the comprehensive practice of socialist core values and the promotion of synchronous and coordinated development of material and spiritual civilization. The article explores problems in the integrity values of researchers ,reasons for the lack of integrity values ,and paths to enhance the integrity values of researchers in the new era. It proposes that we should not only strengthen education and policy guidance from the perspective of ideology ,but also depend on institutional construction to establish and improve an integrity system with Chinese characteristics,in order to fundamentally solve the problem of declining integrity values.
