摘要
社会整合理论认为,实现乡村社会整体系统均衡运行,需要乡村政治、经济、制度和文化4个子系统协同推进.当前,乡村治理中存在政治、经济、文化等问题,可以通过社会整合理论来解决,具体包括:重构乡村地区政治系统,确保政治活动和政府决策高效执行;重构乡村地区经济系统,促进经济快速均衡发展;重构乡村地区制度系统,维护乡村社会的和谐稳定;重构乡村地区文化系统,树立乡村地区的文明风尚.
Abstract
According to the social integration theory,coordination of four subsystems of rural politics,economy,system and culture is necessary for balanced operation of the whole system of rural society.Currently,rural governance is faced with several challenges,including political,economic,and cultural issues.These issues can be addressed through the social integration theory by reconstructing the political system in rural areas to ensure the efficient execution of political activities and government decisions;reconstructing the economic system in rural areas to promote rapid and balanced economic development;reconstructing the institutional system in rural areas to maintain social harmony and stability;and reconstructing the cultural system in rural areas to establish a civilized rural style.
