数字经济助力农业现代化发展的作用机理、现实困境与实践路径

摘要
数字经济主要从"资金—技术—人才"三重维度推动农业现代化发展,并通过引资入农、引技入农、引智入农,以数字金融、数字技术和数字人才等破除农业融资约束、提高农业生产效率、拓展农业服务空间,助力农业现代化发展.研究发现:当前,数字经济助力农业现代化发展面临着资金投入比例有待提高、科技支撑力度不足、数字人才建设有待加强等现实困境.鉴于此,应健全农业现代化发展的资金投入体系、技术创新体系、人才投入体系;完善农业资金投入机制、推进农业科技创新、加强农业数字人才队伍建设;为数字经济助力农业现代化发展提供资金、技术和人才保障.
Abstract
The digital economy has promoted the development of agricultural modernization mainly from three dimensions of"finance-technology-talent".It has attracted finance,technology and talent into agriculture,using digital finance,digital technology and talent who major in data science and removes the constraints of agricultural financing,improves agricultural production efficiency,expands agricultural service space and promotes development of agricultural modernization upon digital finance,digital technology and talent who major in data science.Research has found that currently,for digital economy to promote agricultural modernization there are some realistic dilemmas including inadequate financial input,insufficient technology support,and underdeveloped cultivation of talent who major in data science.In view of this,it is necessary to improve the financial investment system,technology innovation system and talent investment system for the development of agricultural modernization,improve the mechanism of agricultural finance investment,promote agricultural technology innovation and strengthen the construction of agricultural talent teams who major in data science,in order to provide finance,technology and talent guarantees for digital economy to promote development of agricultural modernization.
