Rural"Time Bank"Mutual Support for the Elderly:Development Bottlenecks and Countermeasures
Based on the theory of symbiosis, this paper constructs a symbiosis development framework characteristic of"three elements, one interface",and analyzes the mechanism of the symbiosis development of the rural"time bank"mutual support for the elderly. The results show that the symbiosis development of rural"time bank"is affected by the degree of symbiotic unit interaction and integration, the development stage of symbiotic relationship, the operation efficiency of symbiotic interface and the stability of symbiotic environment. At present, the symbiosis development of rural"time bank"mutual support for the elderly faces the bottlenecks of insufficient symbiotic units leading to accidental energy generation, weak symbiotic relationship leading to limited evolution advancement, poor digital empowerment leading to inefficient symbiotic interface, and the absence of formal policies leading to instable symbiotic environment. In order to achieve the optimal symbiotic state of"symmetrical mutualism and integration"of the rural"time bank"mutual support ecosystem,it is necessary to strengthen publicity to attract symbiotic unit participation, regulate the evolution of symbiotic relationship, improve the quality and efficiency empowering symbiotic interface operation, and ensure stable symbiotic environment.
