责任伦理视阈下人工智能技术在现代农业生产中应用的伦理考量

摘要
通过梳理人工智能技术在现代农业生产中的应用现状并阐释约纳斯责任伦理的基本要义,指出农业人工智能在现代农业生产中可能造成的伦理问题.从责任伦理的视角来看,这些伦理问题主要体现为行动者网络中智能机器的责任问题、生存共同体中自然的权利问题、智能红利中主体间的公正问题.为有效应对上述问题,需从确定多维伦理问题应对依据、遵循多重伦理问题治理原则、构建多元主体责任治理体系等方面推进农业人工智能的社会伦理风险治理,确保科技向善健康发展.
Abstract
By sorting out current situation of application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in modern agricultural production and explaining basic tenets of Jonas 's ethics of responsibility,it poses ethical problems that may be caused by agricultural artificial intelligence in modern agricultural production.From the perspective of responsibility ethics,these ethical problems are mainly reflected in the responsibility of intelligent machines in the network of actors,the rights of nature in the community of existence,and the inter-subjective justice in the dividends of intelligence.In order to deal with such problems well,it is necessary to promote the social and ethical risk management of agricultural AI by determining the basis for dealing with multidimensional ethical problems,following the principle of governance of multiple ethical problems,and constructing a multi-subject responsibility governance system,so that science and technology can develop in a sound way.
