Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has put forward many new ideas,new views and new judgements on state governance in the new era based on the changes in the domestic and international situation and the reality of the development of various undertakings in China,which has four values:theory and reality,history and future.Theoretically,it has enriched and developed the Marxist theory of the state,adjusted the proportion of political ruling functions and social management functions,and expanded the scope of the main body of state governance.In practice,it has forged a powerful weapon for competing for international discourse power,broken the monopoly of Western discourse,so as to continuously tell well China's story,and solve the problem of China's"being scolded".In the long course of history,it has inherited and carried forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture,excavated the valuable wisdom of governing the country in Chinese history and traditional culture,and promoted the great development and prosperity of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.On the future journey,it has provided China's plan for global governance,advocating the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind,promoting the common values of all humanity,and promoting the effective operation of multilateral cooperation mechanisms in practice.
