The Common Prosperity of Farmers in Rural Areas:Connotation Characteristics,Generation logic,and Practical Path
Promoting farmers'common prosperity in rural areas has both generality and particularity.Firstly,this paper explains the special connotation and characteristics of farmers'common prosperity in rural areas,and reveals the misunderstanding that it is easy to understand as consequentialism,materialism,welfarism and equalitarianism.Secondly,from the three dimensions of historical revelation,practical needs and strategic considerations,this paper describes in detail the generative logic of farmers'common prosperity in rural areas,and explains why we should strive to promote the underlying logic of farmers'common prosperity in rural areas.Finally,the practical path of promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is proposed in four aspects,including continuing to promote rural revitalization in poverty-stricken areas,promoting the integration of small farmers into high-quality agricultural development,promoting the two-way orderly flow of urban and rural factors,and achieving the equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas.
