The establishment of the basic elderly care service system at this stage is to further divide the responsibility boundaries of the government,family,market and other elderly care subjects in elderly care services under the background of transforming government functions and improving the government's ability to manage people's livelihood in the new era,and strengthen the government's"bottom line and basic guarantee".System exploration to enhance the general well-being and sense of achievement of the elderly.However,the current basic old-age service policy content is relatively weak,and the relevant theoretical research is also relatively lacking.Based on the systematic review of the development of basic old-age services,this paper deeply explores the policy logic of the formation of the basic old-age service system,and explains in detail the basic old-age service.The connotation and characteristics of the system provide ideas for the improvement of the basic pension service system.
