The Logical Linkage and Implementation Path of Social Security to Promote Chinese-style Modernization:From the Perspective of New Structural Economics
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with"Chinese-style modernization".Based on the perspective of new structural economics,this paper explores the relationship between social security and Chinese-style modernization,and finds that when the function of social security is modernized,it will follow the logic of universal security,national welfare,civilized happiness,ecological welfare and peaceful development to link with China-style modernization,and then promote the realization of the"five characteristics"of Chinese-style modernization.In particular,it can transform the huge population size from"population constraint"to"talent dividend"by promoting innovation,and can also promote the improvement of environmental quality to achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature.To this end,it is necessary to focus on reforming the social security structure,promoting the modernization of social security functions,and realizing the linkage of the social security structure.
