Common prosperity is one of the five characteristics of Chinese path to modernization.The common prosperity society built in the process of Chinese path to modernization is a common prosperity society dominated by labor contribution,and maintaining labor justice is the key to building a common prosperity society dominated by labor contribution.From the perspective of Marxist labor justice,the possession of means of production by workers is the practical foundation for achieving common prosperity,the justice of the labor process is an important guarantee for achieving common prosperity,and the fair distribution of labor results is a necessary provision for achieving common prosperity.However,building a society of common prosperity led by labor contribution faces multidimensional challenges such as ideological constraints under the logic of capital,obstacles to justice under the digital economy,and institutional constraints in the primary stage of socialism.Guided by Marx's concept of labor justice and with a critical perspective,we aim to construct a consensus on the value of labor justice,promote the reshaping of labor justice in the digital economy era,improve the mechanism for wealth accumulation,and focus on building a society of common prosperity led by labor contributions.
