Digital Agile Governance and the Progression of Urban Image Construction:Taking Zibo City as an Example
In the digital era,the effective construction of urban image by local governments cannot be separated from the digital agile governance empowered by digital technology.By combing the relevant studies on digital agile governance and urban image construction,a theoretical analysis framework for government construction of urban image in the digital era is proposed,and a case study on the construction of urban image in Zibo City is conducted.The study concludes that digital agile governance is the optimal way to effectively construct city image in the digital era,which is mainly embodied in the precise governance under the perception of opportunity,the rapid governance in the response to public opinion,and the tracking governance after the trend research and judgment,etc.The local government should adhere to the digital agile governance in the process of city image construction,which is specifically embodied in the use of digital technology to strengthen the government's publicity,the response to public opinion,and the long-lasting governance.
