The modernization of financial governance is an important part of the modernization of national governance and an important support for comprehensively promoting the construction of a powerful country and national rejuvenation with Chinese path to modernization.In a view of"the great changes not seen in a century and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation",Under the guidance of"taking the road of financial development with Chinese characteristics",Starting from the basic relationship between currency,market,and finance,this paper explains the theoretical logic of promoting the modernization of financial governance with Chinese characteristics.Based on this,with the fundamental requirement of implementing the value concept of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we extract the conceptual views of promoting the modernization of financial governance with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,we propose ideas to promote the modernization of financial governance with Chinese characteristics from three aspects:exploring financial development and innovation,maintaining financial security and stability,and balancing economic and social goals.Then propose methods to promote the modernization of financial governance with Chinese characteristics from five aspects:capital governance,monetary policy,financial institutions,financial markets,and regional finance.From concepts——ideas——methods,a theoretical framework for the modernization of financial governance with Chinese characteristics in the new era is constructed.
