High-quality employment is an important part of China's high-quality development and an important symbol of the realization of Chinese-style modernization.However,at present,China's structural employment contradictions are still prominent,the task of promoting the employment of key groups is still arduous,the substitution effect of employment continues to appear,and the risk of large-scale unemployment cannot be ignored,so there is an urgent need for academics to strengthen the discussion on this issue,and to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for high-quality employment.Based on the perspective of Chinese-style modernization,we should clarify the theoretical basis and value implication of high-quality employment,and fully understand the real obstacles that exist in promoting high-quality employment in the process of Chinese-style modernization,such as the need to increase the intensity of macro-control,the increasingly prominent structural employment contradictions,and the still severe employment situation of key groups,in the multi-dimensional perspective of the state,the society and key groups.To this end,it is urgent to implement precise measures to promote high-quality employment in the context of Chinese-style modernization,strengthening the Government's responsibility to provide strong policy support and basic services;enhancing the effectiveness of the market to promote a higher level of dynamic equilibrium between supply and demand in the labour market;and focusing on key groups to promote classified support and assistance and multi-channel employment and entrepreneurship.
