The private economy is a driving force in advancing Chinese-style modernization and is a crucial foundation for achieving high-quality economic development.Systematically analyzing the internal logic between the evolution of China's business environment and the development of private enterprises,understanding the current challenges faced by private enterprises,and exploring the principles for optimizing a"market-oriented,law-based,and internationalized"business environment are of significant importance in promoting the growth and strengthening of private enterprises.To further support the development of private enterprises,China's business environment requires a series of improvement measures:adjusting market access and competition policies,vigorously improving the social credit system,optimizing the law-based business environment,participating in the coordinated development of international markets,enhancing administrative approval services,and cultivating an innovative market ecosystem.These measures will help propel the sustained high-quality development of private enterprises in China,thereby further liberating and developing social productive forces and stimulating and enhancing social vitality.
