Human society has entered the digital era,computility has become the primary productive force,and data has become an important factor of production.There is comprehensive understanding in the relationship between data sharing,data disclosure,data freedom,open data,and data security.Through a Chinese path to modernization toward to the digital era and a digital initiative in economic and social development,the threats and risks from data security have become increasingly prominent.Data security governance with Chinese characteristics is to respond to the profound changes in the digital era,taking advantage of our political and institutional benefits,adhering to the overall national security concept,using a comprehensive tool from the rule of law.With these methods,data security governance could build a solid political foundation,achieve multiple co-governance,promote valuable law and good governance,and consolidate the tool support.So that it is benefit for creating a good atmosphere for data security governance.
