"Green"leads the development of the seed industry:theoretical logic,bottlenecks and implementation paths
At present,China's agricultural production is facing the dual pressure of"increasing grain production"and"reducing chemical fertilizers and pesticides."How to achieve"increasing production without increasing pollution"has become the key issue of agricultural development.Cultivating more green and high-quality seeds is the key to solving this difficulty.The core is to promote the green development of the seed industry and improve the supply efficiency of green seeds.Although the new pattern of green and low-carbon development of seed industry with the purpose of encouraging innovation is taking shape,there are still some dilemma in the green development of seed industry,such as management mechanism,standard system,property rights protection,innovation investment and linkage mechanism.In the future,it is still necessary to build a new seed industry system based on the property right system,the market system as the main,the scientific research system as the core,the cooperation system as the guarantee,and the standard system to further promote the green and high-quality development of China's seed industry.
