Research on the Academic Support,Practical Challenges and Improvement Countermeasures of Finance in Promoting the High-quality Development of New Productive Forces
The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to deepen the reform of the financial system and further emphasize the goal of building a financial power.Accelerating the construction of a financial powerhouse and vigorously developing new productive forces to achieve the goals of Chinese-style modernization are highly consistent objectives.As the lifeblood of the national economy,finance can provide strong support for the formation of new productive forces.This paper first explains the academic support of finance promoting the high-quality development of new productive forces.On this basis,it analyzes the practical challenges faced by finance in promoting the high-quality development of new productive forces:the need for further improvement in the quality and efficiency of financial supply,the need for further stimulation of effective financial demand and the need for financial system construction to balance rigidity with flexibility.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,including optimizing financial services and improving market efficiency on the supply side;promoting risk stratification and improving the construction of the social credit system on the demand side;strengthening top-level design in financial system construction to create a favorable environment for innovation.
