人工智能赋能劳动教育的图景展现及其实践策略

人工智能催生了新型劳动,不仅深刻改变了人类劳动的既有样态和形式,同时也使劳动教育的内在意蕴和实践路径发生了新的变化,推动劳动教育智能化转型.人工智能与劳动教育在目标追求、发展诉求、优势资源方面有着内在的契合性,人工智能赋能劳动教育创新发展,既是对劳动教育发展趋势的积极回应,也是促进劳动教育提质增效的必然选择,更是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的必由之路,其能够丰富劳动教育形态、拓展劳动教育场域、优化劳动教育话语、完善劳动教育评价,推动劳动教育呈现出智慧化、协同化、可视化、个性化的理想图景.但是,由于物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术的发展隐含一定的工具理性和技术理性,人工智能不断融入劳动教育中,也会使劳动教育面临价值消减、主体错位、内容失衡、场域窄化等风险和挑战.因此,人工智能时代的劳动教育要进一步厘清和明晰"冷"与"暖"、"破"与"立"、"本"与"末"、"虚"与"实"间的理论关系,推动构成以价值导向、重要保障、内容支撑和方法选择为重点的劳动教育创新发展的现实进路,从而不断规避人工智能所带来的潜在风险和负面影响,促进劳动教育与人工智能融合创新,实现新时代劳动教育高质量发展.
The picture display and practical strategies of AI-empowered labor education
The era of artificial intelligence has given birth to a new type of labor,which has not only profoundly changed the existing state and form of human labor,but also made new changes in the internal meaning and practice path of labor education,and promoted the intelligent transformation of labor education.Artificial intelligence and labor education have inherent compatibility in the pursuit of goals,development demands,and advantageous resources.Artificial intelligence empowers the innovative development of labor education,which is not only a positive response to the development trend of labor education,but also an inevitable choice to promote the quality and efficiency of labor education.It is also the only way to cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic,and labor development.It can enrich the form of labor education,expand the field of labor education,optimize the discourse of la-bor education,improve the evaluation of labor education,and promote labor education to present an ideal picture of wis-dom,coordination,visualization and individuation.However,due to the development of technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,which imply certain instrumental and technical rationali-ty,the continuous integration of artificial intelligence into labor education will also face risks and challenges such as val-ue reduction,subject dislocation,content imbalance,and field narrowing.Therefore,labor education in the era of artifi-cial intelligence should further clarify the theoretical relationship between"cold"and"warm","broken"and"stand-ing","origin"and"end","virtual"and"real",and promote the realistic approach to the innovation and development of labor education with value orientation,important guarantee,content support and method selection as the focus.Thus,the potential risks and negative effects brought by artificial intelligence are constantly avoided,and the integration and in-novation of labor education and artificial intelligence are promoted to achieve high-quality development of labor education in the new era.
