Data has undergone a change in the way it accompanies human labor.Data exists in the forms of material,en-ergy,and information,which correspond to labor modes.In ancient times,the mode of labor took the objective existence as the subject,and thus the data-based existence in the material form was explored.In modern times,the mode of labor took energy as the subject,and thus the data-based existence in the energy form was explored.In contemporary times,the mode of labor regards informatization as its object,thus grasping the data-driven nature of information existence.Data has been transformed into big data in the current era of widespread mobile Internet application,which has greatly promo-ted the transformation of production modes.Therefore,deep mining and analysis of the inherent relationship between big data and labor structure is related to consolidating the philosophical theoretical foundation of data-based labor modes.The essence of the relationship between big data and labor structure is the unity of opposites between the subject and the ob-ject,and the relationship between workers and big data.As the"pole"of this contradiction association,workers have the position of absolute subject,which is the same as the position of big data as absolute object,both of which are immovable entities.Therefore,this contradiction is the separation and unity of the subject and object.Big data and labor structure have an inherent relationship,which gives rise to the contradiction between subject and object.What is the significance of this analysis process?How can the contradiction be resolved?Firstly,the significance of analysis is to confirm the ration-al basis of Marxist philosophy and make a theoretical analysis for the data era through the connection between big data and labor structure.Secondly,the contradiction between subject and object is bridged through human practice,and the unity of subject and object is promoted by the knowledge of the laborer itself,forming a"beautiful soul".
