Research on atlas analysis and spatial layout of hot areas of China's digital economy innovation policy
The article systematically sorts out the hotspots and layouts of digital economy innovation policies in 31 prov-inces and cities in China using text encoding and content analysis methods.It also uses methods such as co-word network analysis and cluster analysis to study the hot field graph and spatial layout of policy documents.Research has found that in terms of keyword mapping,building a modern industrial system,constructing high-quality data platforms,and achie-ving digital transformation of traditional industries are the key points of digital economy innovation policies in various provinces and cities in China at present.In terms of spatial clustering graphs,it is necessary to fully utilize the advanta-ges of developed digital economy provinces in the eastern coastal areas and carry out cross regional digital economy link-age and collaborative development with regions with relatively backward digital economy development levels in the western region.In terms of digital industrialization,industries such as artificial intelligence,big data,and blockchain are hotspots in the development of digital economy in various provinces and cities.The attention of digital industries such as quantum communication,VR/AR,intelligent robots,digital content,and intelligent perception is insufficient,and only some provinces and cities have carried out industrial layout.In terms of industrial digitization,digital government,digital infrastructure,digital services,digital healthcare,etc.are the focus of the layout of digital application scenarios.For the digital transformation of industries such as digital environment,digital trade,digital culture,digital countryside,and digital finance,only a few provinces and cities have implemented the layout with insufficient policy intensity.Through spatial layout research,it has been found that the policy spatial layout of digital industrialization and industrial digitization in China is imbalanced and insufficient among regions,that is,there is a"policy gap"in the development of the digital economy between provinces and cities in the east,west,and central regions.80％of the digital industries and digital application scenarios in the layout of provinces are concentrated in 20％of the digital economy field.Finally,poli-cy recommendations for differentiated spatial layout and coordinated development of digital economy in various provinces and cities are proposed.
