Digital empowerment in Southwest border areas to help returnees start businesses:Influence mechanism,realistic problems,and practical approaches
Returning home to start business is an important way for Southwest border areas to transform from"blood trans-fusion"assistance to"hematopoietic"assistance.In the era of digital economy,how to improve the overall efficiency of helping returnees to start businesses in Southwest border areas through digital empowerment is a realistic way to further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation in this region.Combining the special attributes of digital technology,the diverse characteristics of homecoming entrepreneurship,and the unique location of the Southwest border areas,this paper analyzes the impact mechanism of digital empowerment on homecoming entrepreneurship assistance in the Southwest border region.It is found that the structural effect of digital empowerment entrepreneurship activities promotes the boundary expansion of homecoming entrepreneurship assistance in the Southwest border region.The sharing effect of digital empowerment and open cooperation has promoted the integration of resources for entrepreneurial assistance.The synergistic effect of digital empowerment in multiple fields has promoted the power reshaping of entrepreneurship assis-tance.The innovative effect of digital empowerment technology integration has promoted the flexible operation of entrepre-neurial assistance.However,there are also practical problems such as the gap between economic foundation and element demand,the contradiction between talent issues and the application and innovation of digital assistance,and the coordi-nation of the unique geographical location of the southwest border areas with digital empowerment for return-to-hometown entrepreneurship assistance.Therefore,we should strengthen policy guidance and promote the"inflow"of factors to pro-vide guarantees for digitally empowering return-to-hometown entrepreneurship assistance.We should improve the talent mechanism and promote the effective connection between digital talents and digital empowerment for entrepreneurship as-sistance.We should also connect with advantageous resources and achieve practical approaches such as increasing the ef-fectiveness of entrepreneurial assistance through embedding border characteristics.
