In an era where the"two major situations"are rapidly evolving and deeply interacting,strengthening govern-ance of network ideology,mastering discourse power in the digital age,and widely unifying societal consensus are essen-tial for thoroughly implementing Xi Jinping's cultural thought and reinforcing mainstream ideology.Analyzing the theoret-ical,historical,and practical dimensions can help clarify the impact of technological change on ideological development from a Marxist perspective.The growing complexity of ideological struggles driven by technological advancements high-lights several challenges in current network ideological governance,such as the concealed nature of agenda-setting,the influence of algorithmic recommendation systems on ideological function,and the need to improve governance strategies.To address these challenges,the study suggests adopting a strategic approach to ideological governance,an ecological mindset to foster a supportive environment,and innovative thinking to optimize governance elements.Key approaches in-clude using thought leadership to tell China's story,guiding public opinion by cultivating opinion leaders,and breaking through boundaries to build societal consensus.Furthermore,effective content governance in the realm of network ideology requires the construction of a governance system led by the government but involving multiple stakeholders,im-provement of legal frameworks for online platforms,and enforcement of platform accountability.Additionally,addressing the issue of ideological polarization caused by algorithmic"information cocoons"is crucial.These strategies aim to en-hance the effectiveness of network ideological governance in the new era,transforming the internet from a variable into a driving force for national development.
