摘要
目的:探讨P-糖蛋白(P-glycoproteins,P-gp)和谷光甘肽-S-转移酶-π(Glutathione-s-transferase-π,GST-π)在大肠癌中的表达及意义.方法:应用免疫组化Max Visior(TM)二步法,检测78例大肠癌、31例癌旁正常肠黏膜中P-gp和GST-π的表达.结果:P-gp、GST-π在78例大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为83.3%和85.9%,均高于正常肠黏膜组织(P<0.05).P-gp的表达与浸润深度存在正相关(P<0.05). P-gp、GST-π的表达存在正相关(P<0.05).结论:P-gp和GST-π在大肠癌中均高表达,在大肠癌原发性多药耐药中起重要作用.联合检测P-gP和GST-π在大肠癌中的表达对判断预后及临床用药有重要意义.
Abstract
Objective:To study the expression and significance of P-gp and GST-π in colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the P-gp and GST-π expression in 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 31 cases of normal colorectal tissues. Results: The positive expression rates of P-gp and GST-π in colorectal carcinoma were 83.3% and 85.9% respectively, higher than those in normal colorectal tissues. The expression of P-gp was related to the degree of invasion (P<0.05). Some correlation was found between P-gp and GST-π. Conclusions: P-gp and GST-π play important roles in the primary multidrug resistance of colorectal carcinoma. Detecting the expression of P-gp and GST-π in colorectal carcinoma has the referential significance with regard to the choice of drugs and plan in colorectal carcinoma chemotherapy.
