摘要

目的:研究磁性附着体(Magnetic attachment)静磁场对口腔嗜酸乳杆菌生长的影响.方法:将口腔嗜酸乳杆菌分别分为12.5 mT,120 mT强度的静磁场加载组和未加载磁场对照组,厌氧培养20 h,从培养后第8 h开始,每2 h测定菌液吸光度值并活菌计数.结果:12.5 mT静磁场组嗜酸乳杆菌吸光度值及活菌数与对照组相比未见显著变化,(P>0.05),120mT静磁场组细菌的吸光度值及活菌数低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:12.5mT静磁场对口腔嗜酸乳杆菌生长无影响,120mT静磁场抑制细菌的生长,静磁场对其它口腔微生物生长影响尚需要深入研究.

Abstract

Objective:To study the effect of 12.5mT and 120 mT static magnetic field on the growth of Bacillus acidophilus. Methods: Bacillus acidophilus were separately cultured in normal condition, 12.5 mT and 120 mT static magnetic field for 24 hours.After 8 hours, the bacterial growth amount was assayed by means of the OD value and cloney forming unit (CFU) method. Results: the OD value and the live bacterium number of the 12.5 mT group had no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05), while the value of the 120 mT group was lower than the control (P<0.05). Conclusion: The study indicates that 12.5 mT static magnetic field has no effect on the growth of Bacillus acidophilus, while the 120 mT static magnetic field can inhibit the growth of the bacterium, while further study is needed to reveal the effect of static magnetic field on the growth of other oral microorganism.
