心管疾病易感基因SNPs对中国汉族男性人群血脂的影响分析

摘要
目的:了解中国汉族男性人群中16个心血管疾病易感基因SNPs与血脂的关系.方法:采用基因芯片技术和单因素方差、多元线性逐步回归方法.分析409例男性体检者16个SNPs的基因型,同时测定其血浆总胆同醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein,LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(High density lipoprotein,HDL)水平.结果:在中国汉族男性人群中,ANp2 238C、NPRC-55C、ApoBEcar1+、ApoC3 206和ApoE112,158的E3E4,Serpina3rs4 943AC有升高TC趋势;ApoC3206 T和MTHFR677亦可能与TG增高相关;ANp2 238C、ET-2985和ApoEn112.158E3E4则与LDL水平增高有一定联系;ET-2985A则可能使HDL增高.结论:内皮系统相关的ANP2 238、NPRC-55和ET-2 985,载脂蛋白基因中的ApoBaRcorI、ApoC33 175、ApoC3 206和ApoE112,158,以及MTHFR677和SerpinA3m4 934等9个SNPs可能与中国汉族男性的血脂调控有关.
Abstract
Objective:To learn the association between 16 SNPs of 12 cardiovascular disease predisposing genes and the levels of blood TC, TG, LDL and HDL in male Chinese Han's population. Methods:The 16 SNPs genotypes of 409 Han male whose native places were almost over the mainland of China were detected. The relationships between the SNPs and bloed TC, TG, LDL and HDL were analyzed with variance analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results:Variance analysis and/or multiple linear regression showed that:ANP238C, NPRC-55C, ApoBEcer 1 +. ApoC33206, ApoE112.158E3E4 and Serpina3ra4943 AG were asseciated with the elevation of TC; ApoC3206T and MTHFR677C might have related with TG elevation;ANP2 238C,ET-2985G and ApoE112.158E3E4 might increase the level of blood LDL.ET-2985 A could increase the value of HDL. Conclusions: In male Chinese Han's population,ANP2238,NPRC-55,ET-2985, ApoBEcer 1 ,ApoC33175, ApoC33206, ApoE112.158, MTHFR677 and SerpinA3ra4934 could influence the regulation of plasma lipoprotein.
