Objective:To explore the application and effect of whole process standardized and precise management plan for urinary tract stoma patients.Methods:In a retrospective study,the control group included 12 patients who underwent radical cystectomy with ileal conduit urinary diversion at The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 2022.A normal nursing plan was used for patients in the control group.The observation group included 13 patients with the same operation admitted in 2023.Whole pro-cess standardized and precise management plan was used for patients in the observation group.Urostomy Education Scale and Stoma Acceptance Questionnaire scores were compared between two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences in Uros-tomy Education Scale and Stoma Acceptance Questionnaire scores between the two groups(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusion:The whole process standardized and precise management plan is useful in the management of urinary tract stoma patients and worthy of pro-motion.
