增强职业教育专业适应性的实践策略——基于新《职业教育法》视角

2022年5月1日，新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》(以下简称"新《职业教育法》")正式施行。新《职业教育法》强调职业教育应根据经济社会发展及产业变革需求调整专业设置，不断增强专业适应性。在新《职业教育法》下，增强职业教育专业适应性不仅是顺应国家战略布局的必然结果，是实现经济高质量发展的关键抓手，也是推动自身跨越式发展的内在要求。在新《职业教育法》引导下，增强职业教育专业适应性亟需以构建技能型社会为核心目标、以专业动态调整为重要路径、以实现人才贯通培养为应然方向，助推职业教育高质量发展。在实践策略上，应以产业发展趋势为基本遵循、以联合共建专业为抓手、以贯通式培养模式为基础，撬动技能人才供给"加速器"、铸造校企一体合作"发动机"、搭建职教专业革新"支撑架"，增强职业教育专业适应性。
Practical Strategies to Enhance the Professional Adaptability of Vocational Education——From Perspective of the New Vocational Education Law
The new Vocational Education Law emphasizes that vocational education should adjust the professional settings according to the needs of economic and social development and industrial re-form and constantly enhance the professional adaptability. Under the new Vocational Education Law, strengthening the professional adaptability of vocational education is not only the inevitable result of complying with the national strategic layout, but also the key to achieve high-quality economic develop-ment, and it is also the internal requirement of promoting its own leapfrog development. Under the guid-ance of the new Vocational Education Law, it is urgent to enhance the professional adaptability of voca-tional education by taking the construction of skilled society as the core goal, the dynamic adjustment of the profession as the important path and the realization of talents'integration training as the direction so as to promote the high-quality development of vocational education. In terms of practical strategies, we should take the industrial development trend as the fundamental basis, the joint construction of spe-cialties as the starting point and the tandem training mode as the basis to leverage the supply of skilled personnel"accelerator", cast the"engine"of school enterprise integration cooperation and build the"support frame"of vocational education specialty innovation so as to enhance the adaptability of voca-tional education specialty.
