技能型社会背景下职业教育人才贯通培养研究

职业教育人才贯通培养有机嵌入技能型社会场域,可为增强职业教育适应性、建设技能型社会提供策源动力。在技能型社会背景下,职业教育人才贯通培养是我国探索职业教育现代化发展进路的关键举措,承担着优化三大基础属性、构建现代职业教育体系、培育复合型应用人才的时代使命。然而现阶段,职业教育人才贯通培养仍面临认知定位"层次化"惯性突出、产教融合"孤岛化"现象明显、师资匹配"中梗阻"问题凸显的现实桎梏,难以为技能型社会建设提供助益。为提升职业教育人才贯通培养质量,建议健全人才贯通培养体系,明确职业教育类型定位;打造校企合作链条,深化贯通教育产教融合模式;构建立体师资建设生态,创建贯通教育教师创新团队,全面加快技能型社会建设进程。
Research on the Run-through Cultivation of Vocational Education Talents under the Background of Skilled Society
The run-through cultivation of vocational education talents is organically embedded in the field of skilled society, which can provide a driving force for enhancing the adaptability of vocational education and building a skilled society. Under the background of skilled society, the run-through culti-vation of vocational education talents is a key measure to explore the development of vocational educa-tion modernization, assuming the missions of optimizing three basic attributes, constructing modern vo-cational education system and cultivating composite application talents. However, at present, the contin-uous training of vocational education talents is still facing the practical shackles of prominent inertia of"hierarchical"cognitive positioning, obvious"islanding"phenomenon of production-education integra-tion and prominent"obstruction"problem of teacher matching, which is difficult to contribute to the construction of a skilled society. In order to improve the quality of vocational education talents through training, suggestions are put forward to improve the talent training system and define the type of voca-tional education;build a school-enterprise cooperation chain and deepen the integration mode of educa-tion, industry and education;build a three-dimensional teacher construction ecology, create a link edu-cation teacher innovation team and comprehensively accelerate the process of building a skilled society .
